Shipping Policy

Delivery Information

Orders placed before 3:00 PM NZDT will usually be dispatched the same business day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 3:00 PM NZDT will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

  • Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday or next business day
  • Orders placed on a public holiday will be dispatched on the next business day

We use trusted New Zealand courier services for all deliveries.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $50: Flat rate $7 shipping
  • Orders $50 or more: Free shipping New Zealand wide

Additional rural delivery charges may apply where applicable.

Delivery Timeframes

Most parcels are delivered within 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Rural deliveries may take longer.

While we aim to dispatch orders quickly, delays may occasionally occur due to courier networks, weather, or events outside our control.

Delivery Issues & Claims

Any shortages, incorrect items, or parcels damaged during transit must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.

Delivery is considered complete once the parcel has been delivered to the address entered at checkout.

Parcel Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update
  • Check around your property, mailbox, and safe drop areas
  • Ask household members or neighbours if they accepted the parcel

Please allow time for the courier investigation process if required.

Important notes:

  • Replacements cannot be sent until the courier investigation is completed
  • We will keep you updated during the process
  • Late claims may be declined by the courier provider

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details entered at checkout.
